Position Overview: An Aerial Bucket Lift Assembly Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate assembly of aerial bucket lifts, also known as cherry pickers or aerial work platforms. These lifts are used in various industries, including construction, maintenance, and utilities, to provide elevated access for workers and equipment. The technician plays a critical role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and quality of these machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assembly of Aerial Bucket Lifts:
    • Assemble and install components of aerial bucket lifts according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
    • Ensure all parts, including hydraulic systems, booms, platforms, and controls, are properly connected and functioning.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Perform thorough quality checks during and after assembly to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
    • Ensure that all safety features and mechanisms are in place and operational.
  3. Documentation:
