Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical assembly of cabinet structures, panels, and enclosures

- Complete terminations, including lug and connector installation, on electrical components

- Mount and install hardware, brackets, and components per assembly drawings

- Support wiring crews with component installation and panel preparation

- Assist with quality checks and ensure work meets production standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


Requirements:

- Prior experience in electrical or mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred

- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools

- Ability to follow assembly drawings and verbal/written instructions accurately

- Strong attention to detail and reliability

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as production demands require


Schedule: Monday-Friday, with regular overtime and occasional weekend availability based on production needs.
