Job Type 
Temp-to-Hire 

Shift: 7:45 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday 

Pay: $21-$24/hour

Location: Plano, TX

Final Assembly Associate Job Duties:

  • Operating soldering equipment, soldering tools, and other duties assigned by the lead
  • Build and refine AOI programs with minimal production interruption
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), first article builds, and ongoing production quality improvements
  • Serve as the technical resource for AOI-related issues and program-level troubleshooting
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Hourly, non-exempt, full-time position
 
Final Assembly Associate Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
  • At least 6 months of soldering experience
  • Proven ability to read technical drawings, use measuring tools, and possess knowledge of IPC-610 standards.
  • Ability to identify common SMT and through-hole solder defects by visual inspection
  • Experience reading assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
