Job Functions
  • Precision Assembly: Assemble components into tools with careful attention to detail, ensuring that each product meets our quality specifications and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of skilled assembly technicians, sharing insights and promptly addressing any issues to keep production running smoothly.
  • Quality Focus: Monitor and ensure that all products meet quality standards, immediately communicating any concerns or discrepancies.
  • Efficiency and Pace: Thrive in a fast-paced machine shop environment, consistently meeting or exceeding daily production quotas.
  • Work Environment: Perform tasks including packing and boxing materials, with light-weight lifting involved.
  • Additional Skills: Forklift experience is a plus, contributing to your versatility and value within the team.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • Ability to work a 9/80 schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Every other Friday may be a shorter workday)
  • Must pass Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) background
  • Production amp; Assembly Experience: 1-year (Preferred)
  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role: lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
* Standard background check and drug testing is required before hire.
* Medical insurance is 70% less cost to employee based off national average
*Hourly compensation is determined based on your level of experience, work history, and knowledge of our industry.
