Make a difference as a Rework Operator
As a Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will center around performing necessary rework tasks to meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Operating and maintaining rework machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Removing and replacing components on printed circuit boards in accordance with rework instructions.
  • Collaborating with Production and Quality Control teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.

What we're looking for in a Rework Operator
To thrive as a Rework Operator at Krypton Solutions, attention to detail is critical, as you will be inspecting products meticulously to identify defects and ensure rework is performed accurately. Ideally, candidates will have:
  • 2+ years prior experience in a printed circuit board soldering and assembly environment.
  • Ability to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
  • Familiarity with ERSA IR550 Rework System.
  • A current IPC certification
