Job description

Schedule

  • First 6 weeks: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Permanent shift after training: 3:00 PM–12:30 AM
  • Must be available for both schedules


Job Duties

  • Assemble parts and products on a production line
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Inspect finished parts for quality
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Report defective parts or equipment issues
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Assist with other production duties as needed


Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to safely use tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


Preferred Experience

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
  • Experience using hand or power tools
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, MES, SFC, or other warehouse/production computer systems is a plus
