Job description

We are seeking an Assembler to become an integral part of our team! In this role, you will perform both electronic and mechanical assembly tasks, including wire cutting, labeling, and hand soldering, while identifying ways to improve efficiency. This position reports to a direct supervisor and offers the potential to grow from part-time to full-time employment, with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks
  • Cut, strip, crimp, and label wire assemblies
  • Hand solder electronic components to PCBs
  • Assemble, install, repair, and maintain electronic/mechanical components and systems
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging
  • Operate power and manual tools safely according to regulations
  • Perform sub-assembly and full assembly builds to meet production requirements
  • Maintain personal workspace and surrounding area cleanliness
  • Meet or exceed quality and production quantity standards

Required Qualifications

  • Experience or strong desire to learn manufacturing or assembly work
