Job description

Assembly Technician (Entry Level)
We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our production team in an entry-level assembly role. If you are someone who takes pride in their work, can follow direction, and is ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble screens and components to engineering specifications in a safe and efficient manner
  • Cut screen and steel to length, grind, trim, mark, box, and crate parts as needed
  • Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quantity to ensure quality standards are met
  • Move, store, and organize equipment and materials in their designated areas
  • Assist with general plant housekeeping including sweeping, trash removal, and proper chemical storage
  • Cross-train in other production areas as needed to support manufacturing schedules
  • Follow all company safety and environmental policies and report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary, we will train the right candidates
  • Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas
  • Flexible availability including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Strong communication skills, ability to read, write, and speak English preferred
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled facility
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
