Job description

Assembly Associate
Automation Personnel Services is hiring Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing facility in Ellijay, GA. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed

Assembly Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Accurately assemble HVAC units and components on a production line
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure high quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Assembly Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• No prior assembly experience required – we provide full training
• Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours per shift)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work overtime when needed
