We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production Assembly team in Grovetown, GA. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling mattress components, operating production equipment and pneumatic tools, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

How You'll Do It:
  • Assemble mattresses according to established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools, including hog-ring guns, staple guns, c-ring guns, and hot glue guns.
  • Operate Hot Melt Bond (HMB) equipment to assemble HMB units and apply specified upholstery layers.
  • Assemble open coil and foam-encased pocketed coil mattress units.
  • Apply designated upholstery and comfort layers to mattress components.
  • Perform foam encasing and final mattress assembly to meet production and quality standards.
  • Inspect mattress components and finished products for structural defects, quality issues, and unacceptable flaws.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety and production procedures.
  • Meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and consistency.
  Qualifications
  • Previous experience using pneumatic tools preferred.
  • Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
What You'll Bring:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer in overtime situations as required. Also, must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour during an 8-hour shift or longer in overtime situations to meet customer demand. Heavy loads must be team-lifted. Production within the range specified for the position is required to maintain integrity of make-to-order system.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions and production tickets. Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions; communicate with coworkers and management clearly and respectfully; and work in an ever-changing, fast-paced team environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing plant engaged in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement. Work environment includes a clean and safe work area and exposure to high noise decibels, hot raw materials, fire-retardant materials, and limited chemicals. Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn for any hazards and is supplied by the company.
