Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and basic medical equipment is often required. Compassion, strong communication, and attention to detail are essential soft skills for building trust with patients and supporting healthcare teams. These skills are crucial for delivering safe, effective care and ensuring the well-being of patients in clinical settings.
