Ensure video surveillance/CCTV follows applicable Privacy policies and regulations.
  • Design and manage travel security and executive protection programs, including pre-travel risk assessments, real-time traveler tracking, destination threat briefings, emergency protocols, and coordination with third-party security providers for high-risk regions.
  • Lead crisis management and emergency response planning in coordination with EHS, Facilities, and Business Continuity; develop and exercise site-specific emergency action plans, active threat response procedures, and business continuity protocols across all global locations.
  • Champion security convergence by partnering cross-functionally with IT Security, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, EHS, and Facilities to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to enterprise risk management and organizational resilience.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and security metrics aligned with enterprise goals; provide executive-level reporting on security risk posture, incident trends, program effectiveness, and return on security investment.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate third-party contract guard forces, security integrators, and master service agreement vendors; define performance standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with workmanship and service-level requirements globally.
  • Design, deliver, and manage global security awareness training programs including workplace violence prevention, active threat response, emergency evacuation, visitor and contractor management, and site-specific security orientations; appoint and develop regional security coordinators at locations without dedicated security staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, emergency responders, industry bodies (ASIS International), and private-sector security counterparts; ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international security regulations across all operating jurisdictions.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.
