Job Requirements
  • ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP): Certification required or strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent security management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Security Experience: Minimum of 5 years of security experience, including at least 3 years of security management experience.
  • Proven experience managing 24/7 security operations, preferably in a complex or multi-site environment.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Post Orders.
  • Experience with employee development, coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-site security operations and maintaining consistent standards across locations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, employees, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Security Permits: Must possess all required security permits and licenses for unarmed security operations and maintain them in good standing throughout employment.
