Job description

Seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in embedded systems, analog and digital circuit design, RF electronics, and low power product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design analog, digital, embedded, and RF circuitry for electronic products.

  • Develop embedded firmware for Microchip PIC and other microcontrollers.

  • Design signal conditioning circuits, filters, and sensor interfaces.

  • Perform component selection, schematic capture, prototyping, testing, and design verification.

  • Troubleshoot prototype and production hardware using standard electronic test equipment.

  • Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, engineering documentation, and engineering change records.

  • Collaborate with technicians, PCB vendors, contract manufacturers, and production teams.

  • Support products from concept through prototype, testing, and production release.

  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing and customer technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Experience with analog and digital circuit design.

  • Embedded microcontroller development experience.

  • Hands-on SMT assembly, testing, debugging, and rework experience.

  • Ability to independently take designs from concept through production.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microchip PIC microcontrollers and assembly language programming.

  • RF or wireless system design.

  • FPGA or CPLD development.

  • Low-noise analog circuitry and sensor signal conditioning.

  • PCB layout and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
