As a Server at Villa Restaurant Group, you will be an essential part of our team, delivering Exceptional Guest Service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for travelers. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and take orders efficiently while offering menu suggestions and answering questions about food items.
  • Order Accuracy: Transmit orders to the kitchen accurately and promptly, ensuring that food is prepared to guest specifications. Verify orders before serving.
  • Food Presentation: Plate and serve food attractively, following established presentation standards. Ensure that each dish meets quality and portion control standards.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, coffee, and tea, ensuring consistent quality.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring that all dining supplies are stocked.
  • Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and any allergen information to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and cashier Team Members to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience as a server in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional Guest Service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Lifting and carrying trays and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
