Back Server/Food Runner – LoLa 41

With acclaimed locations in Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and upcoming openings in Aspen, Colorado, LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas.

"LoLa" stands for Longitude-Latitude — and our globally influenced menu takes guests on a curated journey through the 41st parallel, from Japan to Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Known for high-energy dining, innovative sushi, Asian specialties, and exceptional service, LoLa 41 delivers an elevated hospitality experience in every market we enter.

About the Role:

The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the service team and maintaining the pace of the dining room. You will assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and neatly, maintaining polished table presentation, and anticipating guest and team needs. This role helps ensure a seamless and timely experience while contributing to the overall energy and hospitality standard of LoLa 41.

What You’ll Do:

Clear and reset tables within 5 minutes of guest departure

Greet guests warmly and offer water within 2 minutes of seating when needed

Maintain table presentation and assist with running food and beverages

Ensure polished and organized stations, restocking as needed

Support servers through constant awareness and communication

Maintain clean dining room floors and service areas

Complete opening, running, and closing side work each shift

Uphold all health and safety policies and service standards

Provide a guest-first demeanor at all times

Requirements:

A positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand and move for 6–10 hours per shift

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, not required

Reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Aspen, CO
