Back Servers are responsible for supporting Servers throughout service to ensure every guest receives prompt, polished, and attentive hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in fine dining while learning high-level service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
  • Set, reset, and maintain tables according to Duemani service standards.
  • Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance throughout service.
  • Ensure stations remain fully stocked with service essentials.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, and the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
  • Anticipate guest and team needs before they arise.
  • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

Qualifications
