Lavior Pharma Inc. is a Florida-based pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and distribution of innovative OTC and medical device products focused on wound care and diabetic foot care solutions. We are expanding our international presence and seek a dynamic sales professional to drive business development across key Asia-Pacific markets.
Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to establish and expand Lavior Pharma's presence across Asia-Pacific markets. This role requires building strategic partnerships with local distributors and healthcare providers specializing in dermatology and wound care products.

Target Markets
  • Primary: Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore
  • Secondary: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Hawaii
  • Additional: Other Asia-Pacific countries as opportunities arise

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with local dermatology and wound care distributors
  • Develop market entry strategies for Lavior Pharma's product portfolio
  • Build relationships with key healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in target regions
  • Negotiate distribution agreements and partnership terms
Sales & Marketing
  • Present Lavior Pharma's wound care and diabetic foot care solutions to potential partners
  • Support product launches and promotional activities in assigned markets
  • Attend regional medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development
Relationship Management
  • Maintain ongoing communication with established distributor partners
  • Provide training and support to local distribution teams
  • Monitor distributor performance and market penetration
  • Resolve any issues related to product distribution or market access

Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese OR Chinese (Mandarin) - written and spoken
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working with dermatology or wound care distributors in Asia-Pacific markets
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with regulatory affairs in Asian markets
  • Knowledge of wound care, dermatology, or diabetic care products
  • Existing relationships with distributors in target markets
  • Previous international business development experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
