Developers often work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other IT professionals to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within DB2 databases. Daily tasks may also include resolving production issues, performing regular maintenance, and participating in code reviews or deployment planning. Collaborative work and clear communication are common, as developers typically play an integral role in supporting both legacy and modernized business processes.
