Launch Your Career in Sales Leadership with 3 Day Blinds

If you're ready to jump-start your career with a company that combines design, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences โ€” look no further.

The 3 Day Blinds Sales Leadership Development Program is your fast track to becoming a District Sales Manager (DSM) and leading high-performing sales teams across the country. Over 12โ€“18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn the business inside and out, and build the leadership skills you need to drive results and grow your career.

Relocation is required for this program. You will complete your training at a base location, and upon graduation from the program, you should expect to be assigned to another geography based on business needs. If you're flexible, driven, and ready to build your career wherever opportunity calls, this is the place to do it.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the art and science of sales by working side-by-side with experienced sales leaders and design consultants to understand how we bring inspiration and style to customers' homes.
  • Immerse yourself in sales leadership, spending most of your program focused on field and inside sales, client engagement, and business development.
  • Complete short rotations in support areas such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Installation Operations to gain a holistic view of how every part of 3 Day Blinds contributes to success.
  • Partner with a DSM mentor and Regional Sales Directors to analyze performance, create action plans, and implement improvements.
  • Travel regularly for meetings, training, and field assignments โ€” gaining exposure to different teams, clients, and markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales or related field preferred).
  • Early-career professional or recent graduate with leadership, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration, motivation, and results.
  • Goal-driven mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate for both training and post-program placement โ€” relocation is a required condition of employment.
  • Flexibility to travel for training, meetings, and district assignments as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally as needed.

What You'll Gain

  • Career Acceleration: A clear path to a District Sales Manager role within 18 months (or sooner based on readiness).
  • Real-World Experience: Hands-on learning across key sales functions and exposure to business operations.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Ongoing support from leaders who are invested in your success.
  • Professional Growth: Continuous learning through structured training, workshops, and leadership development.
  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Base salary, relocation and sign-on bonuses, health benefits, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Timeline

  • Recruiting: Winter 2025 โ€“ Spring 2026
  • Start Date: August 2026
  • Program Length:12โ€“18 months
  • Placement Goal: Promotion to District Sales Manager within 18 months (earlier possible based on business needs and readiness).
