• Conduct compassionate and ethical one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop and implement personalized therapy plans aimed at addressing the specific needs of your clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, with no disciplinary actions against you.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling sessions and client management.
• Stable internet connection to support uninterrupted video conferencing.

• Experience in telehealth and familiarity with remote therapy modalities.
• Previous experience working with low-acuity patients in an outpatient setting is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year for full-time positions, with a part-time option yielding approximately USD 65,000 annually, based on hours worked. Our benefits package includes:
