• Deliver psychotherapy and other mental health services tailored to the unique needs of patients, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapy techniques that are culturally competent and reflective of each patient’s specific goals.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical observations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering an understanding that encourages active engagement in their recovery processes.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions, ensuring a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services.
