Business Transformation Office -Senior Project Manager (US)

Job Summary:

The Transformation Senior Project Manager owns and runs cross functional initiatives that improve business processes, cycle times, and operational performance. This role focuses on project ownership, execution, and delivery. You will lead projects from planning through close partner with business teams to standardize workflows, and ensure measurable results are achieved and sustained.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and run small to mid-scale projects from kickoff through execution and close.

  • Develop project charters, scope, timelines, and detailed work plans.

  • Define project goals, success criteria, and clear deliverables.

  • Build and manage end-to-end project plans with defined milestones.

  • Lead project governance, including status reporting, decision tracking, and stakeholder updates.

  • Run project meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans.

  • Ensure projects stay on scope, on schedule, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross functional resources across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.

  • Facilitate current state and future state process mapping sessions.

  • Lead implementation of process improvements and ensure adoption.

  • Track project progress and maintain reporting on KPIs, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Measure results against defined success metrics and identify gaps.

  • Support change activities including training, documentation, and communication.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Standardize tools, templates, and workflows across projects to improve delivery consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operations.

  • Proven experience running projects end-to-end with clear ownership of outcomes.
