Job Description
  • Review a broad variety of professional documents such as content, videos, infographics, articles, and other publications for the social media team.
  • Follow progress on the content calendar to ensure all steps are completed within a timely manner (will require checking Asana and Slack throughout the day) to review and reassign tasks to team members.
  • Review graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO and Norm Therapy® requirements are met.
  • Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length.
  • Ensure proper use of hashtags are included in each post.
  • Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards.
  • Attends monthly company meeting.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely reliable and dependable as it relates to a quick turnaround time.

  • Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
  • This role is best suited for individuals seeking a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred).
