Job Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Program Lead – Cross Domain Solution / Multi Domain Integration who will serve as the technical and programmatic lead for the development and integration of CDS capabilities. This role involves managing all aspects of CDS implementation across multiple security enclaves and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of cross-domain efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Lead CDS planning and execution efforts in support of system architectures and operational requirements.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-domain efforts within PLSSW, coordinating across PM EW&C and external partners.
• Manage relationships with key CDS stakeholders including NSA, DISA CDS Office, Army Cyber Command, Army Cryptologic Office, NETCOM, DEVCOM, and mission partner nations.
• Coordinate integration with Army and Joint cybersecurity, data transport, and coalition data-sharing environments
• Conduct market research and technical assessments of existing and emerging CDS technologies for potential application.
• Lead system architecture and design activities, ensuring security policy enforcement across classification boundaries.
• Ensure adherence to NSA Raise-the-Bar (RTB), DISA CDS Baseline Requirements, and DoD RMF standards.
• Oversee test planning, integration, and validation of CDS components in both lab and operational environments.
• Ensure development of RMF and accreditation documentation to support Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Manage interface with appropriate test organizations and approval authorities for CDS certification.
• Support creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), technical requirements, and acquisition documentation for CDS-related efforts.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical performance targets are met.
• Provide input to acquisition milestones and program reviews for CDS integration within PL SSW product.
• Lead or matrix-manage technical teams of government and contractor personnel focused on CDS development.
• Mentor junior engineers and acquisition professionals supporting CDS-related efforts within PL SSW.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years supporting DoD IT systems, cyber capabilities, EW or SIGINT
• 3+ years in Army multi‑enclave/cross‑domain or secure information‑sharing architecture & implementation
• Hands‑on experience with RMF/ATO, ICD 503, STIGs; multi‑enclave integration (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/coalition)
Preferred:
• TS/SCI
• Master’s degree
• Experience with EW or Cyber programs (PM EW&C, PEO IEW&S)
• Experience integrating secure data sharing (e.g., guards/data diodes) into Army mission systems/joint networks
• PMP or DAWIA II/III (PM or Systems Engineering)
• Knowledge of guard/diode technologies: Radiant Mercury, TACDS, ISSE Guard, OWL, Forcepoint, Flatirons/Nexor
