The selected candidate will provide technical, programmatic, administrative, and management support for Cyber Mission Force (CMF) Readiness initiatives, Cyber Force Generation Model implementation efforts, and Army cyber readiness and training activities.

This position serves as a key liaison between Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), USCYBERCOM, OSD, Joint stakeholders, and Headquarters Department of the Army organizations supporting readiness, personnel, and training requirements.ย  Key Responsibilitiesย  โ€ข Provide subject matterย expertiseย supporting Cyber Mission Force (CMF) Readiness and Cyber Force Generation Model implementation initiatives.ย  โ€ข Support CYBERCOM 2.0 readiness efforts and related Army cyber force development activities.ย  โ€ข Coordinate CATMS and ETMS2 actions, task tracking, scheduling, and reporting requirements.ย  โ€ข Attend OSD, USCYBERCOM, Army, and Joint stakeholder meetings; prepare meeting minutes, executive summaries (EXSUMs), situation reports (SITREPs), and briefing materials.ย  โ€ข Develop,ย maintain, and brief presentations to senior military and civilian leadership.ย  โ€ข Provide weekly readiness and training status updates to government leadership supporting Army and Joint cyber communities.ย  โ€ข Coordinate with ARCYBER and other cyber community stakeholders to support Army initiatives and equities.ย  โ€ขย Participateย in DoD, Joint, and Army studies, projects, working groups, and strategic initiatives within the DAMO-SOC portfolio.ย  โ€ข Research Congressional, Army Staff, Joint Staff, and DoD inquiries and develop draft responses and supporting documentation.ย  โ€ข Prepare briefings, information papers, decision papers, staffing packages, memorandums, execution orders (EXORDs), policy documents, and official correspondence.ย  โ€ข Conduct research and analysis of National Strategies, DoD Directives (DoDD), DoD Instructions (DoDI), Army Regulations, EXORDs, and related policy guidance.ย  โ€ขย Maintainย digital repositories of policy references, readiness documentation, and organizational knowledge resources.ย  โ€ข Coordinate conference room scheduling, video teleconferences, contact lists, meeting notifications, agendas, and read-ahead packages.ย  โ€ข Track Army, Joint, Executive Communications and Control (ECC), and Congressional actions assigned to DAMO-SOC through CATMS and ETMS2.ย  โ€ข Ensure all written productsย comply withย Army writing standards outlined in AR 25-50 and DA Memo 25-52.ย  โ€ข Support DAMO-SOC initiatives involving Cyber Operations, Cybersecurity, DODIN-A Operations, and Mission System Cybersecurity.ย  โ€ข Travel asย requiredย in support of DAMO-SOC mission requirements.ย  โ€ข Support facility operations at the Taylor Building and other designated government facilities asย required.ย  Qualificationsย  Requiredย  โ€ข Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.ย  โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university.ย  โ€ข Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience supporting DoD, Joint, Army, Cyber Operations, or related mission environments.ย  โ€ข Experience supporting senior military or government leadership in readiness, operations, training, force development, or strategic planning functions.ย  โ€ข Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, correspondence, and decision-support products.ย  โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.ย  โ€ข Experience coordinating across Army, Joint, and DoD organizations.ย  โ€ข Must be a U.S. Citizen.ย  Desiredย  โ€ข Prior U.S. Army experience.ย  โ€ข Former Army Officer preferred.ย  โ€ข Knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).ย  โ€ข Knowledge of Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES).ย  โ€ข Experience supportingย Headquartersย Department of the Army (HQDA), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), or USCYBERCOM.ย  โ€ข Familiarity with CATMS and ETMS2 task management systems.ย  โ€ข Experience supporting Cyber Mission Force (CMF) Readiness initiatives.ย  Physical and Environmental Conditionsย  โ€ข Normal Office Environment.
