Workforce Development Trainer &Instructional Designer
LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating instructor-led training or leading group learning experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and lead effective group discussions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create a positive and psychologically safe learning environment
  • Experience supporting training department or instructional design preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate) and blending learning approaches preferred
