Job description

Argus Medical Management is a physician practice management company that has served physician communities in the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas for 30+ years. Argus Medical provides comprehensive billing and managements services which include contracting, credentialing, HR services, accounting, etc. to support Physicians in private practice.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Direct hire
Pay: Starting at $75 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of a physician, with a focus on both acute and chronic pain management
  • Perform physical examinations, assess pain levels, and document preventative health measures
  • Manage patient treatment plan
  • Facilitate referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, etc.
  • Document patient chart and other documents as appropriate
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic test relative to patient's age-specific needs

Requirements:
  • Graduate from a Physician's Assistant Program
  • Interest in pain management
  • DEA License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical setting
