Position Overview:

The SVP of Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) Reporting and Communications leads two teams encompassing global reporting around change management and internal communications across SECU. This leader is responsible for governing the process of collaboration around the creation, distribution and maintenance of internal communications as well as the software and technology communication tools. Additionally, this leader is responsible for compiling, vetting, analyzing and interpreting data around change adoption, employee readiness, change initiative progression and additional performance and risk metrics as needed

Essential Responsibilities:

  • (60%) Lead collaboration efforts with all areas of SECU's ECMO to ensure effective data gathering, reporting, analysis and utilization for empowering decision-making. Collaborate with all areas of SECU's ECMO to ensure effective communication strategies and frameworks are in place globally and individually. Ensure proper software tools for reporting and communication needs are in place within budget guidelines and with all SECU resources and priorities considered. Further, utilizing knowledge of the organization, industry, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement within ECMO, SECU and for the benefit of the membership.
  • (20%) Oversee the development of leadership and staff. Ensuring staff morale is maintained while adequate skill development opportunities and accountability are properly provided. This includes hiring, onboarding, training, reviews, evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary action as appropriate and necessary.
  • (10%) Participate in establishing long term department area objectives and initiatives alongside the AEVP of ECMO. Ensure progression towards objectives and initiatives along agreed upon milestone lineage and timelines. Continually strengthen relationship network throughout the organization.
  • (10%) Ensure personal expertise level is maintained and grown through proactive and reactive professional development including skill and leadership development as well as any other focus area as assigned by AEVP.

Required Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant experience
  • Must be seen as a leader in actions and attitude
  • Passion to instruct, train, and develop others' careers
  • Exhibits initiative at ensuring all ECMO and SECU objectives are met accurately and effectively
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities
  • Open and responsive to new ideas and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Proficient in reporting and communication software tools

Preferred Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Reporting or communication experience
  • Leadership experience
