Tarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist to oversee a beautiful Class A community in the Tanglewod Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
  • Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
  • Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
  • Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
  • Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
  • Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Onesite Software experience preferred
  • Lease-up experience preferred
  • Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
