Job description

Job Posting: Leasing Manager 

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Leasing Manager at The Artesian at Bee Cave.   

As a Leasing Manager, you will manage the property’s lease-up and renewal efforts. This includes overseeing marketing, print and internet advertising sales activities, leasing team members and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals and objectives. 

Responsibilities  

  • Supervise the property’s leasing team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting and training. 
  • Direct the property’s marketing, advertising and sales activities. 
  • Monitor the day-to-day sales and leasing activities.  
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.  
  • Regularly inspect units for marketability, create mini-models and use other merchandising techniques to promote the apartment and community to prospective applicants. 

Qualifications 

  • One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant 
  • CLASS A multi-family experience, preferred 
  • Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 
  • Valid Driver’s License 

Required Testing 

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
