About the Role
We're looking for a driven and strategic Area Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-branch territory. In this high-impact role, you'll identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with branch operations to deliver outstanding workforce solutions.
You'll be the connector between new clients and the Onin team - building partnerships that fuel long-term success and community impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and drive branch sales efforts across your territory to support profitable, sustainable growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that generate new business through outside and inside sales

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with local branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success

  • Generate and manage your own leads, guiding them through the entire sales cycle

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales; staffing or service industry experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and persuasive
