Job description

Janitorial Area Manager

Janitorial Area Managers effectively utilize team members and assist with performing the general cleaning tasks below at several sites around the surrounding areas. They are directly responsible for providing quality building services at our customer partner locations.

Reliable transportation is a MUST, as they will likely work at 1-3 sites per shift. If you like a job that mixes it up and has flexible hours, this is for you! A company car will be provided for travel to/from job sites once training is completed.

As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for training general cleaners, keeping track of inventory at the accounts and ensuring scope of work excellence is completed nightly.

General cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.

Interviewing, hiring, training and leading new team members is a vital part of this position, and will be completed when daily cleaning tasks are done.
