Winsor strives to consciously create an environment of respect and inclusion and to support ethnic, racial, religious and socio-economic diversity among all the constituencies of the school. • Stay fluent in platform trends and independent school–aligned best practices.
  • Propose innovative content ideas that increase engagement, highlight student voices, and extend Winsor’s reach.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to meet communications goals.

  • Oversee the organization and accessibility of Winsor’s photo and video libraries through the school’s digital asset management (DAM) system.
  • Develop and maintain workflows for uploading, tagging, and archiving assets.
Collaboration and Campus Engagement
  • Build warm, professional relationships with a broad range of constituents—including students, faculty, staff, coaches, parents, trustees, and the head of school.
  • Welcome and incorporate constructive feedback from multiple stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
  • Support the Communications team as a flexible, proactive collaborator—jumping in on projects ranging from website updates to campaign deliverables.
  • Contribute ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and help strengthen the school’s brand across platforms.
Other Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the head of school or supervisor
  • Attends mandatory meetings, including, but not limited to, opening and closing meetings, faculty/staff meetings, department meetings, and assemblies.
