Project Manager – Architecture (Dallas, TX)


We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from design development through construction administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented architectural professional who excels at managing client relationships, project schedules, budgets, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams while delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, scope, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional communication and project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance and identify services outside the original scope.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
  • Apply advanced architectural principles and design expertise across a variety of project types.
  • Ensure project documentation, coordination, and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.


What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably with residential projects.
  • Professional Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree required.
  • Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing architectural projects from design through construction administration.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, consultant coordination, and construction documentation.
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and technical detailing.
