Job description

Role Description

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and team members, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, managing submittals, and ensuring adherence to design and sustainability standards, including LEED practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Coordination, including managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables

  • Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings

  • Experience managing the design and documentation processes

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

  • Licensed Architect or working towards licensure is an advantage

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
