Job description

Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators specializes in high-end architectural metal systems for some of the most complex commercial construction projects in the New York metropolitan area. We are looking for motivated professionals who want to grow with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and long-term career development.


Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of complex architectural metal projects from award through closeout. This role will coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, drafting, fabrication, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.


Qualifications and Skills:

o  Have minimum of 4+ years of experience managing large complex construction projects

o  Comprehensive understanding of:

  • CPM schedules
  • Construction Drawings & Specifications

o  Proficient in Microsoft Office

o  Self Motivated and able to work independently

o  Effective Communicator

o  Experience maintaining project schedules.


Salary:

o  Up to $120k based on experience.

o  Annual Performance Bonus

Experience with architectural metals, miscellaneous metals, curtain wall, glass, millwork, or related specialty construction trades is preferred.
