As an Architectural Designer, you will work alongside experienced architects and project managers while taking meaningful ownership of project deliverables from day one.
Our Charlotte office is located adjacent to a private lake with walking trails and outdoor gathering spaces. Employees also have access to an on-site fitness facility with locker rooms and showers.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Charlotte, NC. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not being considered.
About You
We are looking for a motivated, technically strong designer who moves confidently from concept through construction documentation.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction document production
  • Experience with SketchUp and visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion
  • Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and personal accountability
  • Portfolio of work samples required
Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts and refine them into clear, coordinated, buildable solutions
