- Provide platform engineering support for DFAS CCE JWICS classified enclave
- Process and resolve Tier 3 DFASNow support tickets
- Update DFASNow with essential and material information
- Support implementation and testing of new technologies
- Assist with engineering network configuration documentation
- Support CCE infrastructure monitoring activities
- Participate in change control processes
- Document solutions and effort expended in ticketing system
- Coordinate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Support COOP exercises and disaster recovery testing
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years systems engineering experience
- Windows Server administration (AZ801-802 certification)
- Security+ certification
- Experience with JWICS or classified network environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix)
- Knowledge of MECM, SCOM, and Microsoft management tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, DFASNow)
- Understanding of DoD security requirements
