Job description

Senior Project Manager (Architecture)

Full-Time | Lake Forest, Southern California

Lead Meaningful Projects. Grow With a Firm That Invests in You.

Salary: $90K–$130K annually (commensurate with experience)

Location: Lake Forest, Southern California

Type: Full-Time

Why This Role

KSP Studio is growing — and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants more than just another job managing paperwork. You'll lead architectural projects from concept through construction, build lasting client relationships, and mentor a talented team, all while working with a firm that's expanding its national footprint.

If you're a licensed architect or seasoned PM who wants ownership over your projects, a real voice in how they're delivered, and a clear path to grow — this is the seat we're looking to fill.

What You'll Own

• Guide projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Permitting — across multiple projects at once

• Be the go-to expert on code analysis, CBC, and jurisdictional requirements

• Lead and coordinate internal staff and outside consultants to keep every project on track

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — proactively solving problems before they become issues

• Shape how we deliver projects by contributing to internal design and technical knowledge-sharing

What You Bring

• 10+ years of architectural experience, including 5+ years in a senior or leadership role

• Hands-on experience managing full project delivery — design through permitting

• Strong command of CBC, IBC, and LEED standards, and Type I, II, and III construction

• Proven ability to keep complex projects on schedule and within scope

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with project management/scheduling tools is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• California-licensed Architect strongly preferred; LEED accreditation a plus

What You'll Get

• Competitive salary ($90K–$130K, based on experience)

• Comprehensive benefits package

• A collaborative, design-driven culture that values leadership and initiative

• Real opportunity for growth as we expand our work with national clients

• A team that will actually let you lead — not just manage a checklist
