Job description

KANSAS SPEEDWAY

Kansas Speedway, which opened in 2001, is located in the heart of the Midwest in Kansas City, Kansas. With easy access to major highways, along with the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment, Kansas Speedway has easily become a destination for fans. The track hosts two NASCAR Cup Series races, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the NASCAR Gander RV and Outdoors Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series. In addition to two race weekends, Kansas Speedway hosts over 200 event days each year.

NASCAR is looking for Guest Services Representatives who are enthusiastic and friendly individuals who can greet guests upon entry to Kansas Speedway.

A Guest Services Representative is responsible for handling front-facing duties including interacting with Kansas Speedway guests as they enter and exit the grandstands. Guest Services Representatives will have the opportunity to assist in making the "Best Guest Experience in Motorsports".

Guest Services event staff should be available to work the Kansas Speedway events scheduled for April 16th - 19th and September 24th - 27th.

Guest Services responsibilities include transporting ADA guests to and from the parking lots via golf carts, Tram operations to and from the campgrounds and working as representatives in our info booths. Throughout all of these interactions, Guest Services Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Each interaction can ultimately make a difference in our guest's experience.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with guests at all times
  • Must be available to work race weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Golf cart drivers must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle license inspection report
