All Star Healthcare Solutions is expanding our high‑performing Accounting team and seeking a detail‑driven Accounting Operations Analyst- Dispute Support who will be responsible for analyzing provider pay and invoicing disputes and making decisions that directly impact financial results. What You Will Do

As a Accounting Operations Analyst- Dispute Support , you will play a key role in evaluating underlying causes, recommend practical solutions, and contribute to process improvement that help reduce dispute and safeguard revenue. In this role, you will:

  • Own the dispute analysis process, with authority to validate, approve, or escalate items that affect provider pay and invoicing accuracy
  • Perform financial analysis to quantify the impact of disputes, identifying risks to revenue and recommending adjustments or corrections
  • Maintain and enhance dispute tracking reports, ensuring accuracy in performance standards and financial reporting
  • Partner with Shared Services Center “SSC” to ensure consistent dispute intake and timely resolution, exercise independent judgement when applicable and providing guidance when judgment calls are needed
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring dispute patterns and recommend solutions to reduce financial leakage, resolving complex discrepancies, and escalated account issues
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to improve cross-functional processes and ensure proper coding in financial systems
  • Develop, prepare and present reports on dispute trends, highlighting financial impact and improvement opportunities to leadership
  • Performs other duties as assigned
