Titan Pro is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to support accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and employee support across multiple companies. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with confidential information, solving problems, supporting employees, and keeping payroll and benefits processes running smoothly. 
The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for processing and reviewing payroll, coordinating employee benefit programs, maintaining accurate records, assisting with required reporting, and serving as a resource for employees and leadership on payroll and benefits-related questions. 
What You’ll Do 
·        Process, review, and maintain payroll for multiple companies. 
·        Ensure payroll transactions, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefit deductions are accurate and completed on time. 
·        Audit and reconcile payroll, timekeeping, benefit deductions, carrier invoices, and related records. 
·        Coordinate benefit enrollment, changes, open enrollment activities, and employee benefit communications. 
·        Serve as a liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and payroll system providers. 
·        Maintain accurate and confidential payroll, benefits, and compliance records. 
·        Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting, including W-2/W-3 reconciliation, 1095 review, retirement plan reporting, workers’ compensation audits, and OSHA reporting support. 
·        Support employee onboarding, benefit orientation, leave-related documentation, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation claims, and other administrative processes as assigned. 
Required Qualifications 
·        High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
·        Minimum of 5 years of payroll administration experience. 
·        Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, deductions, compliance, and reporting. 
·        Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
·        Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 
Preferred Qualifications 
·        Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 
·        Experience processing payroll for multiple companies or multiple states. 
·        Experience with APS Payroll, Employee Navigator, benefits administration, open enrollment, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, or leave administration. 
·        Experience in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or a multi-entity business environment.
