Position Summary: 

The Economic Navigator Support Intern provides administrative, data management, transportation coordination, and program support to the Economic Navigator. This position assists with maintaining data in Apricot, coordinating transportation resources, tracking in Apricot, organizing community resource information, and supporting teen moms in accessing available services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist with scheduling transportation appointments and coordinating transportation resources for teen moms 
  • Assist with documentation related driver's permit and license support 
  • Follow up with teen moms regarding transportation needs and appointments 
  • Track attendance, enter, and maintain teen mom information in Apricot and assist with maintaining accurate records for transportation assistance, financial assistance, and resource referrals.  
  • Help coordinate communication with nonprofit and business partners 
  • Support planning and logistics for workshops, classes, and special events 
  • Assist with food bank resource tracking and community food distribution events. And provide transportation and support in taking teen moms to the food bank or events 
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and assist with special projects as assigned 
  • Maintain confidentiality of participant information 
  • Promotes Hope House Colorado's Core Values throughout the organization and external relationships

Time Requirement: 8-16 hours/week. In person. Days of the week flexible.


This Internship is non-paid.
