At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We're proudly making our dream a reality - and we want you to be a part of it!

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you'll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you'll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

  • Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N's safety policies.
  • Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

Our Apprentice Educators should have...
  • You don't need previous experience in a similar role, just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children!
  • A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
  • Bags of drive and motivation with a 'make it happen' attitude!
  • A love for customer service.
  • High energy for every task you take on.
  • A commitment to continue your learning and personal development.

  • Performance bonus - Up to 750 annually.
  • Flexible working - Choose 4-5 days a week for a work-life balance that suits you.
  • Industry-leading holiday allowance - Up to 35 days, including a personal 'Me' day and Christmas closure.
  • Development fund - 100 annual learning fund, plus paid N Academy training (level 3, EY Degrees, Forest School & more).
  • No uniforms - 100 clothing allowance for style freedom!
  • Family-friendly - Enhanced parental/fostering/neonatal leave after 2 years.
  • Childcare - 40% discount, plus 6 emergency days annually.

And that's not all!

  • Loyalty rewards - 5-year bonus: around-the-world trip + 2 bonus weeks off. 10-year bonus: "Out of this world" experience + 2 more weeks off!
  • Referral scheme - Earn up to 1000 per successful hire.
