Job description

We are a large growing Plumbing Contractor in California that works on many of California's biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire California's best and brightest Plumbing Detailer's in the near future.

Responsibilities: Identify and resolve issues. Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. Work closely with and coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Design Consultants, Field Personnel, Estimators, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.

Manage, generate, develop, review, and logging: RFI's, submittal's, Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings. Requirements: Local Stable work history. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5+ years of experience as Plumbing field experience as an Apprentice, Journeyman, and/or Foreman. Strong knowledge in: State and Local Plumbing Codes/ASPE, Title 24, OSHPD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Autodesk fabrication suite, Revit, BlueBeam, and Navisworks.
