Job description

We are a large growing Plumbing contractor in Dallas that works on many of Texas's biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas's best and brightest Plumbing Detailer's in the near future.

Responsibilities: Identify and resolve issues. Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. Generate, Manage, and log: RFI's, submittal's, and drawings.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman on active project. Review: Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings. Report and Communicate with Clients, Building Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements: Local to Texas Stable work history. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5+ years of experience as Plumbing Detailing, Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman.

Knowledge required: Texas Mechanical and Plumbing Codes/ASPE, and industry standards Computer skills with: AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, BlueBeam, Naviswork, and Microsoft word/Excel.
