Service BDC Professional – Toyota

*Bilingual a plus--- 10am-7pm weekdays, one Saturday a month 8am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contacting our new and existing Service department customers via telephone and/or email 
  • Set appointments for our valued  Service customers.
  • Contact customers to confirm or reschedule appointments.
  • We will train on existing computer systems
  • Shift will be 9a-6p, Mon-Fri...ability to work some Saturdays 8-5...we are closed on Sunday

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual - English/Spanish Speaker is a plus!
  • Strong computer and telephone skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is important...Word and Excel
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred but not mandatory 
  • Appointment Setting/Telemarketing Experience Preferred
  • Great Telephone Communication Skills
