Appointment Scheduler (Healthcare) - Minnesota Urology
Minnesota Urology is hiring an Appointment Scheduler to support patient access and scheduling operations across our clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, managing details, and contributing to efficient clinical workflows in a healthcare setting.
As the first point of contact for many patients, the Appointment Scheduler plays an important role in creating a positive experience while ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
Pay Information

Hourly Pay Range: $19.60 - $24.50

What You'll Be Doing
In this position, you will answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. You'll gather relevant patient information, identify appropriate appointment types, and coordinate scheduling based on provider availability. Throughout the day, you will update patient records, document interactions, and use electronic health record systems to manage appointments and send reminders.
