Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new Managed Print and SaaS business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to analyze client print environments and recommend customized solutions.
  • Present and sell Managed Print Services, software solutions, and print optimization strategies to decision makers.
  • Partner with Account Managers to uncover additional opportunities within existing accounts and expand overall solution offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing program growth.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to C-level and senior leadership.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Applied Innovation's print solutions, SaaS products, and workflow technologies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging print and software technologies.
  • Accurately document all activities, assessments, opportunities, and territory details in Salesforce CRM.
  • Actively support and promote Applied Innovation's values and culture both internally and with client organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred (technology, SaaS, print solutions, or managed services ideal).
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Clean driving record with no DUIs in the past five years.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system preferred.
