Our Commercial and Operations Finance function is responsible for providing oversight and support for our fast-paced, innovative and sales teams. By leading activities such as strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing and close exercises, while leveraging analytics, forecasting and reporting skills, you will help shape the commercial success of our business areas for senior leaders and the sales teams. You will develop a robust skill set as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building organizational capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction. The work of this team is dynamic with high-visibility and impact to our diverse customers, providing you an exciting opportunity to gain valuable regional and global experiences and professional growth.

Our Function or Operations Finance function provides finance and business partnering on the financial planning, performance, and associated analytics. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and work with an outstanding finance team!

Our Shared Services and Corporate Finance team provides  finance, accounting, and compliance to the assigned business they support.  The role implements accounting, controls, and compliance procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the position holder will provide technical accounting mentorship, identify and recommend operational and compliance related improvement opportunities, and support leadership in achieving business objectives.

Finally, our Global Pricing organization leads the pricing solutions to keep improving sales and market penetration, driving successful large deals while ensuring the business’ long-term financial objectives are met. The team also proactively drive improvements to increase efficiency of pricing intelligence, processes and tools to enable commercial teams to achieve aggressive profitable growth and has deep domain expertise on pricing, discount control and margin analysis to be able to identify areas of improvement for enhanced sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Education Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience within the Finance or Accounting field such as FP&A, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Controls, Finance Partnership, Commercial Operations.
  • Strong financial acuity, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports
  • Be an organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,
  • Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informative manner
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
  • Less than 10% domestic/international travel required
